Terms & Conditions

Tennis Brands Accepted: Yonex, Babolat, HEAD, Wilson.
Squash Brands Accepted: HEAD, Tecnifibre, Dunlop.
Pickleball Brands Accepted: Selkirk, Diadem, HEAD, Franklin, Six Zero, Wilson.

Models Accepted: Current or up to two season ago.

Conditions Accepted:
All rackets/paddles must have no structural cracks, breaks, or significant damage.

• Unused - Not hit with, but may have minor cosmetic defects.
• Like New - May have minor cosmetic defects and wear on the grip and bumper.
• Minimal Wear - Has been used and may have minor cosmetic wear, but does not expose the graphite. Has minor wear on the bumper, grommets, grip and strings.
• Good - Has wear from hitting the ground or walls. May have cosmetic wear and a small level of graphite exposed.

Exclusions:

• The new racket purchased must be over $200.
• Junior rackets cannot be traded-in.
• Trade-in credit offered cannot exceed the value of the new racket purchased.
• Trade-in credit cannot be used to purchase a trade-in, ex-demo, or clearance racket.
• VOLT Sports reserves the right to return a used racket or paddle to the customer without issuing a credit, and at the additional shipping expense of the customer.
