Conditions Accepted: The product can only be considered for an exchange if it is still in it's original packaging and fully intact.

Shipping: All shipping costs for exchanges are at the expense of the customer, unless the exchange is required due to our error. All exchanged items will be required to be received back with us before the replacement product is sent. Please do not ship your product back to us until you have confirmation of the exchange being accepted.

Notification: Upon receiving your application for a product exchange we will aim to be in touch within three business days with the next steps.
